Wheyology is a whey protein that takes whey protein to the next level by optimising post-workout muscle growth via the provision of 4g of l-leucine. A glut of research on leucine shows it is THE number one amino acid responsible for driving muscle growth so we took whey protein (already high in leucine) and topped it up further to create Wheyology, a category killer product that sets itself apart on the basis of its anabolic capacities. Some companies sprinkle in some extra leucine but an insubstantial amount which fails to drive muscle growth. On our protein you can visually see the tiny white dots of leucine in the powder. Remember, if you can´t see it the dose in other proteins is likely negligible no matter how prominent it is on their marketing!

One of our greatest issues with some companies´ proteins is that they say whey on the label but when you look underneath you see the formula is padded out with all kinds of gunk that does nothing for consumers but which pads out profit margins nicely for the manufacturers. Here, at Trunutrition, this is something we will never do so while Wheyology may be a little more expensive it is completely free of fillers, extra sugars, sodium and anything that could be constituted as being "junk".
