Delivery & Returns – Region Europe/Rest of World
www.buy-supplements-online.com uses various delivery services such as DPD postal service and Royal Mail. Delivery will be made from our European warehouse. Any light items which are purchased and weigh up to 1kg including packaging will be sent via Royal Mail. All other items which weigh over 1kg inclusive of all packaging will be sent via DPD postal service. To speed up delivery of your order please ensure that someone is home/or place of work to sign for the parcel. If you want your order to be delivered to your neighbor please don’t forget to leave notice while completing your order.
In some cases, as a first time customer you may be asked to provide proof of billing address, particularly if the order is of high value. This is a security measure for us. If that happen and we have any doubt concerning fraudulence of certain order you will get an email so please check your email around the date of your order. This can take longer to delivery of your order.
When credit/debit card used as payment method please have all necessary information on hand. Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify all information matches correctly. We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder.

Shipping Cost
You will be charged at time your order will leave our warehouse. General rules for shipping cost are as follows:
All orders under £50.00 to the United Kingdom Mainland (excl. Highlands) will be charged a flat shipping fee of £3.95 to cover our shipping and handling cost. Orders between £50.01 and £80.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of £5.95. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £280.00 to Non-Mainland United Kingdom. We offer FREE United Kingdom Mainland (excl. Highlands) shipping on orders more than £80.01.
Shipments to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, United Kingdom Islands, Channel Islands and Europe are calculated according to weight, but there is a maximum charge of £15 to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Non-Mainland United Kingdom.
Deliveries to BFPO addresses will be charged at standard United Kingdom Postal Rates, but with a 5kg limit on orders.
Loyal customers may be entitled to FREE United Kingdom Mainland delivery on orders more than £50.01 .We reserve the right to change these offers at any time without notice.

For orders to Cyprus or Malta the shipping prices for orders over 2 kg are very high so we only suggest customers order items which weigh up to 2 kg. For customers inside of Europe shipping charges for orders up to 2 kg will vary between £5- £8 in most cases.
For customers outside of Europe Union (such countries as Belarus, Russia, New Zealand, Ukraine, India, Israel and so on) orders limited up to 2 kg (including the packaging and the box) and shipping cost may be up to £18.
We cannot warranty the condition of nutritional bars or snacks against damage caused by excessive heat. While these bars remain refrigerated in our warehouses , delivery trucks and shipping hubs are not refrigerated and therefore we do not accept any returns on these items.
Delivery to the United States
The delivery/shipping charge will depend on what you order and whereabouts in the US you are based. To get the price including shipping, simply add your items to the shopping cart and then enter your shipping details - you will then be shown the total price of your order. If our estimated delivery cost will satisfy your budget, then we will do our best to arrange delivery to your designated address.
Tracking your parcel
If we accept your order you will get confirmation email with tracking code where it available. If you wish to track it for yourself, then simply click one of the delivery services links on home page. Sometime unfortunately there may be a problem with delivery. It may arrive late, it may arrive damaged or in some cases even it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will try to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. Unfortunately we will assume no liability for failed deliveries if this happen by delivery service providers or by the customer’s fault.
Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged £13.00 if we make a collection on their behalf.
Within 72 hours, you should receive an e-mail response to acknowledge the processing of the order. This is excluding weekends, holidays, or orders received on Friday after 3pm, in which case it may be the next business day before you receive a reply. If you do not receive a response to your order within 72 hours, then you can email us to confirm the order has been received.
Out of stock items
If everything is in-stock, the order is processed, packaged, and shipped by our warehouse personnel. If something is out-of-stock, then you will be alerted by e-mail, phone-call, or both. Once we notified you of the out-of-stock item, possible options will be offered as follows:
Re-delivery
If we will need to re-deliver a parcel due to a fault of the customer, there will be a charge of at least £15.00 to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.
Returns Policy
In case you not happy with your order from www.buy-supplements-online.com you have the right to return your purchase. You can submit appropriate information on “return” page. It’s advisable to contact us prior to involving your debit/credit card financial issuer in such case. We’ll do our best to solve these problems. If you don’t contact us before and send product(s) back by your own initiative and without getting confirmation email from us , then we will decline any refund request in that case.
Make sure we only accept return as long as the items have not been opened and it’s within 7 days of us sending the parcel .Shipping cost will not be refunded. Before make return and if you have intention to do so, please reach us from “contact us” page with details of your order. In some cases we may request you to make proof (scanned photo) in you claim as you received damaged item or for any other reason.
Once item is received and inspected, we at our sole discretion will determine the disposal or return of items. If return is accepted, customer is charged a 20% re-stocking fee and credit given for balance of product price. Outbound shipping is not refunded.
